  We always take our Berenese Mountain Dog "Copper" here. He likes it so much he pulls us through the door and goes straight to the back to be let in. Once he reopened a wound on his nose while there, they had the vet check him out and rubbed a salve on his nose every day until we returned. You can tell they really love animals and are friendly and accommodating. They offer a grooming service(exrta $ )for a clean dog when you return and will come during off hours for a fee if you want to get your pet at an hour when they are not in.

  We have brought our dog Max here three times and we always pick him up healthy and happy. It truly is a K-9 Resort.

  Brought our dog there to be bathed, have his nails done and be weighed. While being weighed he got excited and peed on a pillow wrapped in plastic that was right next to the scale. A simple wipe of the plastic would of solved the problem, yet we were charged $70 to buy it. One would think a facility such as this would be prepared for something of that nature. Furthermore, we were told he would be ready around 3. We informed them we would be in Corner Brook and would be back by then to get him. At 12:30 we were called saying he was ready, and then charged a further fee for boarding. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. I would never suggest this facility and suggest using caution should you have no other choice. A VERY POOR experience that will NOT be repeated.
